is a Humphrey Fellow from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, New York, with a public sector digital transformation background. He has served the Government of Punjab (Pakistan) as Head of Software Engineering and Project Director for computerizing police stations at the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). His work at PITB included developing Pakistan's first Urdu-speaking chatbot, integrating criminal justice systems, and developing the National Socioeconomic Registry (NSER) Survey app, which covered 87% of Pakistan's population and identified eligible households through a Proxy Means Test (PMT).
The experience with Benazir Income Support Program’s NSER Survey app sparked the initial concept of a Poverty-Alleviation App, which further evolved during his Acumen Fellowship and later the consultancy assignment at the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC). He later presented this refined concept, Asani Taqseem, at the Pakistan Digital Stack Conference and the 5th Humphrey Alumni Conference, showcasing its potential to bridge societal divides through technology.
